DJ SAUNASATAN

Kjersti Feldt Anfinnsen

Saturday 18 November 22:00, Scandic Hotel

DJ Saunasatan curates the sound of Nordkalotten, from Karelian throat singing to Tornedal folk music, from Finnish funk to Kari Bremnes, Mari Boine and Tungtvann, a boundless soundscape with several ethnicities and languages, a life-affirming, cross-genre and diverse mix in a solidarity way.

DJ Saunasatan can take shape as a performance and is definitely an experimental exploration of Kven identity under the slogan: Ei saa peittää! Do not cover! It is about visible diversity in society and for the individual.
