Yoga with Titta Court
Titta Court is a dance artist from Tornio, Finland who has been practicing Ashtanga yoga since 1994 and teaching the practice since 1997.

Ashtanga yoga is a system of yoga transmitted to the modern world by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois from India. This method of yoga involves synchronizing the breath with progressive series of postures—a process producing intense internal heat and a profuse, purifying sweat that detoxifies muscles and organs. The result is improved circulation, a light and strong body, and a calm mind. For more information please visit www.ashtanga.com

Classes will be held in Martha Andersensalen at Arctic Culture Centre. The yoga classes are open to the public if there are classes available. This is not a beginners class, so previous experience in yoga is essential.
