TRE® (Tension, Stress & Trauma Releasing Exercises) is a simple, body-based method to reduce stress and support nervous system regulation. Through a series of gentle exercises, the body’s natural reflex of shaking or vibrating is activated which helps release deep muscular tension, calm the stress response, and promote recovery, resilience, and overall well-being.
During the TRE® introductory course you will:• become familiar with the TRE® method through both theory and practice
• complete a four-part session, moving from preparatory exercises through the shaking phase to final
relaxation and reflection
• learn TRE® stress-release exercises adapted to your own body
• get to know the theoretical framework behind TRE®
• learn how to activate the body’s natural recovery mechanism - the shaking, tremoring or vibrating
• receive instructions for independent TRE® practice and self-regulation (not for teaching the method to
others)
After the introductory course, you can continue practicing independently.
FacilitatorThe course is led by a certified TRE® Provider and professional dance artist Titta Court (Tornio, Finland), with a strong background in somatic awareness, embodiment, and safe group facilitation. The course will be led in English. More info about Titta
